Amazing team! Everyone was great! I can’t say enough thank you’s to everyone who helped us out with our basement backup! Called on a Friday at midnight and by 9 am Saturday Chad showed up. They were the first to call back, out of many called. He even stayed until we got everybody we needed to figure out why it happened and getting in touch with the right people on a Saturday! The entire crew was amazing, prompt and took care of our home like it was theirs ❤️ Recommended 10 stars! We suddenly found water in our basement at 10pm. I googled the best company in Jackson and Chad came up. I called at 10:30pm and he answered, was kind, reassured me and promised to come by at 8:30am the next morning. He arrived promptly at 8:30 and had a plan together within the hour. I found more than a solution for a wet basement that day. I found a partner for any future disasters and a network of other trades that could assist with needs in my home. Can’t recommend enough.

Chad & Ryan were both super professional, kind and helpful. We had a flood in our basement and they were there within an hour to assess the damage and offer solutions. Luckily we were able to dry out the space ourselves without doing renovations. We really appreciated their honesty and ideas for us to solve the issue by ourselves. Water damage is a scary thing but we feel confident in recommending them to anyone needing assistance. They will take great care!

The crew was very knowledgeable, courteous and neat while in my home and although the condo association was the one who hired them they treated me as the customer, working around my schedule and making sure I was satisfied with the work.

I normally don't do reviews, but I had to this time. I had a minor repair to do to my house and I was referred to this company. I spoke with Chad the owner and he came out to inspect and when I say THANK YOU it just does not seem enough. Not only did he come out to estimate the issue but he came back to fix it personally. Five stars is not enough for the amazing work this company did for me.

My basement flooded due to a broken pipe and I was left with an absolute mess!

I reached out to them and they came to my rescue in less than an hour to investigate! Within a couple hours after that, they had a crew on site with dehumidifiers running! The following day, they had a crew here, sanitizing, cleaning and scrubbing my floors and items in my basement!!

Everyone I came in contact with from from the owner to the project manager and the mitigation crew, they were all professional, hard-working, and couldn't have been more pleasant!!

We had Exact Recon recommended to us by a friend when our home was damaged by water overflowing from a toilet bowl in an upstairs bathroom. Chad and Ryan were able to come out quickly and inspect the damages after cleanup (done by a different company) and give us an estimate on what needed to be done.

They coordinated with the builder of our home to get exact replacements for many of the damaged items, and worked with insurance to ensure we were fairly compensated for our loses.

After the original work was done for the repairs, we also had their team do some additional trim work and painting that we had been putting off in the same general area of our home. Rusty and Kevin did a fantastic job on the new trim and paint, Kevin is a perfectionist who takes great pride in his work. Chad and Ryan and team came through and restored our home to the original condition after our unfortunate flooding.

It was the Friday night before Christmas when I discovered that my basement had flooded. Of course this was frightening and very stressful to this little grandmother in her eighties. At the time I was getting ready for the family. I live in Grasslake, Michigan in a cottage on the lake. Within an hour the Exact Recon staff were here giving me assurance and getting the water out of my basement. For the next few days all of the staff were amazing. They did such an excellent job of helping me and cleaning up the damage that I have to say I am blessed. Now when I go down into my basement I understand that night and what could have been so much worse. I recollect the kindness and professional handling of my situation and a smile breaks out on my face.

Got an assessment and diagnosis within 24 hours. Exact Recon was responsive, and helped me find the source of my water damage quickly. Before they left I was even given some resources for a separate issue with my water heater. Fast, friendly, knowledgeable and resourceful. 5 stars and then some!

Chad inspected our basement where we've had multiple problems with water damage. He suggested to remove padding and carpet then also gave us his thoughts on what the case was. A redirection of rain gutters should eleviate our problem ... so far we do not have water in basement. Hopefully, we are done worrying about this problem. Thank you, Chad

Chad Grimes and his staff did a fantastic job drying our and cleaning up our flooded basement He came out several times to check on his people to make sure they did everything to his satisfaction. Our large finished basement flooded due to a failed sump pump. Chad Grimes, owner of Exact Recon came to our house as quickly as possible, inspected the damage, and gave us an estimate we found very fair based on two other estimates we had received. His crew came every day as promised, the work was done professionally, extraordinarily quickly but well, and then the crew signed off. Mr. Grimes returned to our home, inspected the work, found a few things he wanted done better, returned with his crew, did more work, cleaned everything up and then presented us with his bill, which was again, extremely fair. He was very helpful in explaining everything that was happening. He thoroughly answered all of our questions with patience and understanding of how shell shocked we were at this catastrophic event. We would highly recommend him to anyone! We would hire him again. We are so happy we found him and used his company for our remediation work. It is refreshing in a time when so many cut corners and do shoddy work to have Mr. Grimes go above and beyond to do an exceptional job for us! We are grateful!

These guys talk the talk and walk the walk! Fantastic service and communication. We had a crisis on our hands and they immediately took charge and lead the project of assessment, drying, demolition and laid an outstanding foundation for restoration to begin. If I could give them a 6th star, I would.
