Excellent service. I had a basement flood from a burst pipe in one of my rentals, and they took care of everything. I only had to visit the property once.

I had family in town from Chicago this week. With yesterday’s storms, we had a major leak in the roof. Everything from the 2nd floor upstairs to the basement was wet. The ExactRecon Team came into our home and helped us in our time of need. Thanks again guys for all you did.

Mr. Chad Grimes and his crew, as well as the subcontractors, have done an excellent of repairing water damage at Grace Baptist church in Belleville, Michigan. They came in and took the initiative to get the job done. They took the time to explain what they were going to do in detail and why certain work had to be done. Chad stayed in close contact with the insurance to be sure each step would be approved. A job well done!!

It is not often that I am compelled to write a review about a company but Chad Grimes and Exact Recon went way beyond my expectations. When I found my basement was flooding at 8:30 at night Exact Recon was the only company out of the 5 that I called to answer their phone. Chad spent well over twenty minutes on the phone with me discussing my options. Chad and Cale were at my house first thing the next morning. While it took 2 different plumbers 2 days to find my water issue and another 5 days to fix it. Chad called me every day to check up and see if the flooding issue was resolved. Once it was resolved Exact Recon went above and beyond, removing the water, flood cutting the walls and removing the mold. They did everything they could to save my custom built bar even taking it apart by hand to dry out everything that got wet. While the cost of removing a good portion of the bar by hand was not in my quote, they did not change the price. When Chad and Cale found out that my insurance would not cover the cost of repairs, they offered to help me cut and hang new paneling on their own time. Not often you find a person, let alone a company that goes the extra mile even at no financial gain to them. I can’t thank Exact Recon, Chad and Cale enough. They were the one bright spot in a very long overwhelming process.
